Dear Christian reader, have you ever faced a situation that required courage? Perhaps you were presented with an opportunity that seemed too big to handle, or you were faced with a difficult decision that required you to step out of your comfort zone. It can be easy to feel overwhelmed and scared in these moments, but God’s word reminds us that we do not have to face these challenges alone.

In Joshua 1:9, God speaks directly to Joshua, a leader who was tasked with leading the Israelites into the Promised Land. God tells Joshua, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” These powerful words of encouragement are not just meant for Joshua, but for all of us as well.

As believers, we have access to a source of strength that is greater than anything we could muster on our own. In this post, we will explore God’s message to us about courage in Joshua 1:9, and how we can apply this message to our own lives. So, take heart, dear reader, and let’s dive into this powerful reminder of God’s unwavering presence and strength in our lives.
